A steam style beer uses light malt extract with light crystal grains that combine with Northern Brewer hops to complete a great recipe. Light color and medium body.

Designed to be easy enough for a beginner and challenging enough for the more experienced brewer, BlueStems Best kits all make five gallons of delicious home brew. Each kits comes with everything you need (even the bottle caps) to make a batch of beer including malt syrups, crushed malted grains, hops, yeast, and priming sugar.
