Rosso Fortissimo is the original Cellar Craft Showcase crushed grape pack wine. This Super-Tuscan styled wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese and other Italian varietals. This wine kit is fermented on Yakima crushed Merlot grapes.

This big, full-bodied wine features bold fruit notes with complex cassis, plum and cherry highlights balancing the bold tannins.

This wine kit features both untoasted American oak and French oak with give this intense wine greater depth and subtle tones of toasted vanilla. A minimum of six months aging is required before this wine's harmony will begin to develop. A year will make this wine even better and two years of aging will bring you a very special wine to enjoy.

This Showcase Collection red wine features 16 liters of juice concentrate and a 2 liter Crushed Grape Pack which uses over 12 pounds of virgin, varietal grapes to produce true, on-the-skins fermentation.
