Munich, Vienna and Caramel malts combine to provide a rich malt aroma. When lagered this beer will finish clean and dry with no fruity esters. Vienna Lager is moderately hopped. The kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures. Brewers Best kits all make five gallons of delicious home brew. Each kits comes with everything you need (even the bottle caps) to make a batch of beer including malt syrups, crushed malted grains, hops, yeast, and priming sugar.

Each kit also comes with a set of complete, easy to understand directions.
